Welding machine has been specially designed for the manufacture of steel
gratings on concept electrical resistance welding.
2.The application on high current and high forging pressure by special
design of hydraulic.
3.The machine is hydraulically operated weld press with cross bar
guides, the flats hold and clamp by comb.
4.The PLC used for logic, sequence results in high quality electro
forged weld joints that meet the highest standards. The pitch of cross
bar is set on HMI in mm, the welded cross bar is index by servo motor.
The speed, position of servo motor will be settable and control through
HMI Screen.
5.The welding transformers and the secondary systems are designed to
ensure high current efficiency. The weld control is microprocessor based
and welding parameters are easily settable.
6.The machine can be used for the manufacture of gratings using round
and twisted cross bars.
