Rail Car Line spot Welding with Robotic automation
1. Robot will be use to weld Car Line.
2. Robot placed on Long axis is X and it has 21 meter movement.
3. Specially made welding GUN is mounted on robot.
4. Pneumatic operated welding head ,Servo based welding head is
optional.
5. Pre weld z arch car line assembly will be mounted on fixture.
6. Clamping to car line by manually.
8. MFDC transformer and control used for precious welding.
